This urban setting consisting of a Tudor style home and small building lot needed to have a functional backyard and updated curb appeal. New lighting and walkway were installed in the front of the home. A paver driveway carries your eyes to the backyard and the primary entertaining space of the home. The backyard received a raised patio and fireplace to define the space creating an outdoor living room. The driveway’s new functionality and its seamless integration to the backyard afforded the client a larger entertaining area should the need arise.
